The Adventure Learning Series is founded on the inspiration of world-renowned therapeutic programs that have been benefiting people such as Project Development through Adventure, Responsibility & Education in the US and Canada. Such experiential education that utilises nature and an adventure-based design structure can produce accelerated, authentic and lasting personal change.

In order to motivate others, it is necessary to discover the fundamental needs that employees, co-workers, and bosses have, and that these needs are not limited to basic income and personal necessities only. The program design are based on individuals’ mental and physical strength that transforms adults’ beliefs so that it will have a lasting impact on organisations’ workforce productivity. In short, it helps adults realise that they are capable of achieving more than they think; also called unconscious competence. It also creates and simulates these challenges to address these gaps, and subsequently develop practical activities to teach specific skills.

This learning model has encouraged and inspired our participants creativity and willingness to do better and look at ways of how they can connect and relate the processes to the real world working environment.
We utilise the experiential learning model crafted by David Kolb in facilitating our participants learning objectives by using the elements of nature, metaphors, framingand our intrinsic debriefing techniques to enable participants to conceptualise their learning experience so that they can draw upon a conscious plan of action.

PRE-MANAGEMENT INDUCTION PROGRAM
Ready for the job
Taking on management roles in an organisation requires clear and precise communication, understanding how different people learn and communicate, dealing and managing conflicts, delegating tasks, effective time management and bridging organisational goals and values. In this program, we work with management to develop their existing management trainees to be ready for the job ahead.
EMPLOYEE INDUCTION PROGRAM
The new generation
In this program we work closely with your company to understanding your core values, principles, vision and mission and to allign it with your new intakes job expectations. In this program we will simulate the challenges up ahead for participants to be prepared with and how they would respond to the situation up ahead.

With an adventure being the concept behind series of our unstructured experiential learning modules, participants will be taken into an adventure mode and be caught off guard to spur the learning. THE YOUTH CAMP
Be the positive change
This program is specially for students in the age of 13-18 as part of their secondary learning curriculum where they will learn the basics of leadership, teamwork, personal development and accountability that they can apply and relate to their core learning curriculum in school. We work with educators to select from a range of our Outdoor Experiential Learning Activities mentioned above in designing The Youth Camp for students
