The Adventure Learning Series was established in 2015 to be the leading, trusted experiential learning solutions service provider in Malaysia that specializes in Experiential Adventure Education devoted to leadership training, character-building and values formation. It is owned and managed by JB Global Success Ventures PLT, A Limited Liability Partnership that is certified by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad, PSMB.
Currently, we organize and implement various experiential learning programs and workshops to help companies, educators, training organizations, and entrepreneurs in crafting and implementing learning solutions to enhance their learning effectiveness. Our programs and workshops are suitable for Corporate Leaders, Managers, Professionals, Executives, Non- Executives and Students.
Our key focus is to offer quality development of experiential learning programs and workshops in Leadership, Team Building and Youth Expeditionary Learning Program. All our modules works in both indoor and outdoors and are conducted in prestigious to eco nature resorts across Malaysia.
WHAT IS EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING?
“For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them”
Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, and is more specifically defined as “learning through reflection on doing”
We utilise the experiential learning model crafted by David Kolb in facilitating our participants learning objectives by using the elements of nature, metaphors, framing and debriefing techniques.
These methods has encouraged and inspired participants creativity and willingness to do better and look at ways of how they can connect and relate the processes to the real world working environment.
We have also established the general rule of RESPECT and challenge by choice with our participants in our programs because we each learn differently.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN AT OUR TEAM BUILDING PROGRAM?
- You will learn how to play full-out and even if you are trying hard to, your team will encourage and ensure that you do so
- You will be asking a lot of questions to clarify and understand the requirements and expectations of the activities on site
- You will get to know your team better by trusting, knowing and helping each other to continuously do better
- You will learn to take things easy, stay calm and do away with “analitisitis”

HOW WE FACILITATE YOUR TEAM BUILDING PROGRAM
With an adventure being the concept behind our series of our unstructured experiential learning modules, participants will be taken into an adventure mode and be caught off guard to spur the learning. While participants try to anticipate what is about to happen during the program, it challenges them to be prepared and think beyond the status quo to attain their objectives.
We get many questions from our participants especially on what’s next during the program day and here’s our response to them;-
We are not going to be your teacher this weekend, instead we have created the activities to help you discover the learning insights along with your team members because the best teacher is the experience itself and in the words of Galileo
“You cannot teach a man anything, you can only help him find it within himself”
There will be times during the activities where one of us may challenge participants on the validity of their actions and decisions taken collectively. Our advice to them is to not just go with the motion but at every stage think carefully before they respond.
You may ponder why? But along the lines:-
